Individual Therapy
My most common service is one-on-one individual psychotherapy. These sessions are typically 50 minutes long, held weekly, and can be conducted in person or virtually.

Relationship Therapy
I offer LGBTQIA+ affirming relationship therapy to partners seeking support in navigating their relationship. I also work with people navigating non-romantic relationships—such as roommates, friends, family members, and co-workers—to improve communication, process emotions, and create healthier dynamics.
These sessions are typically 60 minutes long, held weekly, and can be conducted in person or virtually.

Trauma Therapy
I offer specialized trauma therapy for clients who have experienced complex trauma or experience symptoms of post-traumatic stress. We’ll safely process past experiences through EMDR and IFS so that you can move forward in your life with more ease, safety, and confidence.
I specialize in childhood trauma, sexual trauma, and attachment wounds.
Trauma therapy sessions are typically 90 minutes long, and can be conducted in person or virtually.

DBT Skills Training
I co-facilitate DBT Skills groups at Queer Behaviors. In these psychoeducational groups, you’ll learn and practice mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness skills.
