  • Therapy is a collaboration – and it's different for everyone. At the beginning of treatment, we'll assess what brings you to therapy and develop goals.

Next, we'll make a plan to help you meet those goals, meet weekly, and track progress over time.

I also offer free 15-minute video consultations to help clients see if we’re a good fit.

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a trauma-focused therapy that helps the brain heal from painful or overwhelming experiences. Instead of talking in circles about what happened, EMDR helps your mind and body actually process it—so the memories lose their intensity and stop feeling so present.

In sessions, we use gentle forms of bilateral stimulation—like eye movements, tapping, or sounds—to activate your brain’s natural healing process. Over time, this can reduce emotional distress, release stored tension, and create more space for calm, confidence, and connection.

Many people find EMDR especially helpful when traditional talk therapy hasn’t fully eased the effects of trauma, anxiety, or deep-rooted patterns. It’s a compassionate, evidence-based approach that supports your nervous system in doing what it already knows how to do: heal.

  • My full fee for individual clients is $250 per 50-minute session.

Relationship therapy is $300 per 60-minute session for two partners. Each additional partner is $50 more.

I also offer limited sliding-scale rates ($100-250) to increase accessibility. Please email me to learn more.

  • Unfortunately, I am not currently in-network with any insurance companies.

However, if you have OON (out-of-network) benefits, I provide superbills (receipts of services) so you can get reimbursed by your insurance provider.

Here are some helpful questions to ask your insurance provider to learn more about your out-of-network benefits:

    • What is my out of network deductible?

    • How much of my out of network deductible has been already met?

    • What is my policy period?

    • What is my co-insurance?

    • (If they ask for a CPT code: Individual Sessions = 90834, Couples/Family Sessions = 90847)

    • How do I submit for reimbursement?

    • How long do I have to submit my superbill?

If you have additional questions about how OON benefits work, please email me or schedule a consultation call to discuss further!

  • Individual sessions are typically 50 minutes long, and relationship therapy sessions are 60 minutes long.

Note: some treatment modalities require longer sessions (90 minutes).

  • I offer both in-person and virtual sessions.

In-person sessions are held in Lower Manhattan on Monday and Tuesday mornings.

Virtual sessions are available to clients in New York and Florida and are hosted via a HIPAA-compliant telehealth portal.
